What are the treatments like?

The first session includes:

• A full personal history is taken in order to understand better the symptoms being experienced

• Additional techniques (reflexology, reiki, etc.) to complement the technique according to individual needs

• Deep sacral/coccyx massage and realignment where appropriate

• Consultation focused on lifestyle changes

• Empowerment in the form of a simple self-help regime that individuals can apply at home to enhance the benefit of treatment

When treatment is not recommended

This treatment is not recommended:

• Just before or during a period

• If you have a coil fitted

• Any recent abdominal surgery

• Any active infections/Any increase in temperature

• Early stage pregnancy

Follow-up care depends on individual goals and results. We work together to meet your individual needs, either through the Abdominal-Sacral Massage techniques, or by referral to an additional healthcare provider.
